THE HONEY

Honey, as it couldn’t be otherwise, also has its own space within the Quiroga's Ethnographic Museum. This product has always been closely linked to Quiroga’s land and never stopped evolving; production systems ranging from the ancient "Cortizos" to the modern hive increases, but what makes Quiroga’s honey enjoys great popularity in the market is the enormous variety of flora that bees work with in this land of contrasts. This coupled with the purity of the places where apiaries are located garnered many of the producers of honey the important distinctive of Organic Production.
